Our goal is to maintain a safe, attractive and well-managed
community for our homeowners.
The Silvergrass Place Condominiums Unit Owners’ Association (SPCUOA) consists of 46 single-family detached condominiums nestled in the beautiful seacoast town of Hampton, New Hampshire. Our neighborhood offers a welcoming and peaceful environment that is minutes from the beach, local shopping, and dining.
The Silvergrass Place Association is a self-managed community, led by a dedicated volunteer Board of Directors elected by the unit owners. The Board is responsible for developing and managing the Association Rules & Regulations, Bylaws and Procedures. They oversee community operations, keep homeowners informed and uphold the overall governance to ensure Association compliance.
The Association welcomes visitor/non-resident questions or comments.
